Wafios FSE33 High Speed Coiling Machine Coupled with our smaller FSE23 we are able to produce large either small batches or large volumes of coil spring very quickly from one of the fastest machines in the world.	Starrett VB400 Optical measuring system. This enables us to measure your parts to a high degree of accuracy ensuring that you get your parts not only fast, but also correct.	Sodick K1C High Speed Small Hole Driller A perfect compliment to our 2 sodick wire erosion machines, capable of drilling small holes through hardened steel.
Sodick AQ325L Wire Erosion Machine We Believe we are the 1st spring company in the UK to have 2 wire erosion machines. And with the latest in linear driven technology you get the benefit of increased speed and accuracy.	Bridgeport VMC600 Vertical Machining Centre Customised to also offer high speed machining as well as conventional machining, and coupled with state of the art CAD & CAM software, we have the total 3D package.	Nucoil FX-20 CNC Wire Forming Machine This new machine now offers us the ability to produce wireforms, torsion springs and tension springs quickly and accuratly with superb repeatablilty.
Vixen Jet Air Shot Peening Machine This is the latest Vixen Surface Treatments tumble blast machine, using S170 shot it has a slow tumbling barrel which gives the whole spring a complete peened finish vastly prolonging spring life.	Renishaw NC4 Laser Tool Height Measuring System This system now allows us to accurately check the relaive heights of tools, giving us much increased accuracy, a better suface finish and improved set up times on machined parts and tooling.	Renishaw OMP 40 Machine Touch Probe This now allows us to accuratly check and set up jobs on our machining centre, giving us increased accuracy and improved set up times on machined parts and tooling.
